CHARTER OF VALUES AIDA-LEMAN aims to promote all forms of living art.

ACCESSIBILITY - The Academy introduces students to the language of art from an early age, opening them to dialogue with others through educational art. It leads the student to artistic expression through all artistic fields, but especially through the following: education and artistic culture, music, dance, poetry, dramatic arts, visual arts, energetic arts or performing arts. According to its founder, access to training within the Academy must be made available to everyone, at a moderate price, in order to allow access to as many people as possible.

TRANSDISCIPLINARITY - AIDA-LÉMAN is committed to creating and establishing transdisciplinary teaching centres that bring together different artistic fields in the same place, so that students can see, feel and experience the transdisciplinarity of educational art.

TRAINING - The Academy aims at the development of the student, his personality, his sensitivity, his qualities, his creativity and his autonomy. Our immersion training methods will clearly show the possible transdisciplinary links and exchanges between the various artistic disciplines. The course chosen is, of course, essential to the student's experience and feelings. These complete courses lead to a certificate of specific study.

OUTREACH - The Academy aims to contribute to the development of culture in the region through the creation of transdisciplinary shows in partnership with other institutions and local and regional authorities.

SPECIFICITY - In the context of inclusive education, which emphasises the development of the individual within the complexity of the group, AIDA-LÉMAN also enables pupils with disabilities or social difficulties to have access to artistic education. To this end, it works with specialised institutions and local and regional associations. Educational art is also part of an intergenerational spirit.
